Responsibilities for the QA Lead/Architect include:

  • Lead a small team of 2-3 QA Engineers
  • Research and select tools and technologies for the environment
  • Understand the current environment and establish QA processes and best practices
  • Design and lead the development of the test automation framework

Requirements for the QA Lead/Architect include:

  • Over 7 years of professional QA experience testing web based applications
  • Experience architecting and developing a test automation framework leveraging industry trending technologies
  • Previous experience leading a small team
  • Java Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or relevant work experience.

Looking for a QA Tester / Analyst with a minimum 5 years of experience and preferably 3 years of that experience in the healthcare industry.

What you’ll do:

Document and execute thorough test plans and test scripts to test business requirements.

  • Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
  • Utilize excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details and core business
  • Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
  • Proactively seek improved relationships with customers and identify business needs that require single-department, complex solutions


  • Experience in web applications testing, web services testing, responsive design application testing and integration testing.
  • Analyze and dissect complex system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test scenarios to have adequate test coverage.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ranorex or Selenium for creating automation scripting for regression testing.
  • Knowledge of Compliance testing.
  • Experience with Code Management Systems like GIT.
  • Proficient skills in SQL and a good understanding of database testing.
  • Ability to think abstractly to find the issues quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and understanding of testing methodologies and the project life cycle in an Agile methodology.
  • Participate in application design and functionality discussions.
  • Ability to analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action.
  • Good understanding of security testing. Experience with a security testing tool like WebInspect or BurpSuite is a plus.

We are looking for applicants who have achieved certification with SailPoint as IdentityIQ Engineers, IdentityIQ Architects, and IdentityNow Engineers.

Successful IdentityIQ candidates will be integral members of an experienced Security Intelligence team implementing and developing IdentityIQ modules. IdentityIQ Architects will perform advanced deployments and lead complex projects.

IdentityNow Engineers will configure and deploy the IdentityNow solution for key clients.


These positions are Remote. Work will be performed from your home working location and onsite at client locations across North America. Remote workers must be located in North America, and be able to travel (when we're allowed :) ) to client sites in major cities like NYC, Toronto, Atlanta, Boston, etc.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Manage multiple complex cross-functional projects or groups with significant risk and business impact, simultaneously (internal, external, Vendors, and 3rd parties).
  • Provide leadership to core project teams for achieving time-to-market goals or improving product/project quality.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
  • Understand interfaces between projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Develop the project strategy, supporting business case and high-level project plans.
  • Manage the project plan (resources and tasks) daily and communicate and orchestrate changes to the stakeholders and team members.
  • Work with the business and IT leadership to establish and obtain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables. Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects and gain agreement for resolution.
  • Verifies results by conducting system audits of security updates implemented.

  • Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business, including ensuring smooth transition from old technological platforms to modern ones.

Requirements & Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience with a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Demonstrated successful experience implementing and managing Software projects.
  • 3yrs experience supporting windows server and VMWare infrastructure.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Program & Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
  • IT Operational Integration experience to include: Active Directory, Applications, Infrastructure, SharePoint, Security/OS Patching, etc.

  • Should have at least 5 years overall experience in Oracle Identity Manager Development and implementation.
  • Should have at least 4 years overall experience working with hand-on  Java coding skills
    Developing Custom BI reports depending on requirements.  

    Good to have:

  • Experience in OIM and Entrust PKI integration.
  • Development experience in Approvals work flows and Email notifications.
  • Experience in Schema extensions or adding custom attributes in Siemens LDAP or any LDAP.
  • Experience using Bulk load utility.
  • Should have sound knowledge of OIM architecture and Use cases.
  • Experience in implementing and hands-on skills in Event Handlers,  Custom Adapters, Custom Process Tasks, Notifications, etc.
  • Experience in implementing Custom UDFs and UI changes using ADF in OIM.
  • Experience in  designing and Implementing User Interface and Application business logic layer using JSF, ADF Faces, ADF Task flows and ADF BC4J technologies
  • Hands-on experience in developing ADF task flows, page templates, task flow templates, ADF business components, readers/writers, Beans, Data Controller, XML, RDO, DAO, Mappers with a good understanding of server side, client side coding.
  • Should have experience in developing business use cases using  OIM User Manager/ Organization Manager APIs
  • Should have implemented Connectors for various interfaces. Having a Custom connector implementation experience is a plus.
  • Has worked on at least two custom Schedulers / Scheduled tasks.
